The apartment, originally divided into separate rooms, has been completely redesigned to create a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Located on the garden level and ground floor, it has undergone a radical transformation to open the living spaces onto the garden and maximize natural light.
A small extension was added, housing secondary rooms and allowing for the expansion of both the master suite and the kitchen. This new layout offers more generous and functional spaces, perfectly integrated with the existing structure.
The entrance has been reimagined as a true architectural feature. Now, a sculptural staircase winds around the dining area, enhanced by a suspended chandelier, creating an elegant and airy focal point.
The overall atmosphere emphasizes warmth and elegance through the use of noble materials. Walnut, used for framing, harmonizes beautifully with stone, marble, and travertine, bringing a rich tactile and visual dimension to the spaces.
Finally, the connections between different areas have been designed with transparency in mind, ensuring fluid circulation and an open feel throughout. Boundaries fade away, making way for a bright, contemporary architecture where every detail has been carefully considered to blend aesthetics and comfort.
